Diangelis Rosa – Puerto Rico

Trained in rhythms such as ballet, jazz, salsa, hip hop, and commercial dances, Diangelís Rosa has worked as a competitor, coach and salsa coach in different categories. She has had the opportunity to be a dancer and choreographer for artists such as Obie Bermudez, NG2, Limi-T 21, Tito the Bambino, Jerry Rivera, Luisito Carrion, Plenealo, among others.

In 2013 she joined Félix Santiago and together they created their dance school Bailaré Dance Studio, in her hometown Aibonito, PR. Together they have choreographed and worked on concerts, music videos and have taken their dance school to a competitive and commercial level.

Our Story

It started as an idea between friends, bringing a congress to Texas where at the time Texas had no active congress in the entire state. A congress that would showcase Texas Salsa talent, bring awareness of salsa to the community and raise money for scholarships. Together David Melendez and Ruby Rivera worked hard and in January 2004, the Texas Salsa Congress was born.
