Lauro co-founder of Houston based dance company along with Vanessa
Pinon. Lauro Lopez shares the love and passion for Hip-Hop and Salsa
through the upcoming team, reKreation Dance Company, a Houston youth and
young adult team. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, he has been dancing
for over 10 years. reKreation is known for their unique styles coming
together as one in salsa infused Hip-Hop with intricate Hip-Hop moves
and quick salsa footwork. With the best of both worlds, their
choreographies are unique and entertaining. Lauro being one of two
Directors and being one of the main choreographers along with the rest
of their team have left their mark in audiences around the world such as
the Texas Salsa Congress, Austin Salsa Festival, New York Salsa Congress
& Japan Salsa Congress. In addition, Lauro has taught as an instructor
workshops for many congresses and events including Texas Salsa Congress,
Hawaii Salsa Festival and the L.A. Salsa Congress.
