2017 Small Business Vendor Table – $350.00 


2017 Corporate Vendor Table – $500 

Payment for your booth must be made by January 15, 2017.  Booth space is first come, first serve basis. There are only 10 booth spaces available this year. You are responsible for the set-up and take down of your booth.

You will be limited to yourself plus one (1) helpers to run your booth. Only one (1) full pass per table will be given to vendors and can only be used by one person.

Please understand that the Texas Salsa Congress and Ruby Rivera are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles of merchandise or any property of the vendors. We cannot provide dressing rooms, mirrors, clothes rails, lamps, extension cords, phone lines or any other facilities.

Our Story

It started as an idea between friends, bringing a congress to Texas where at the time Texas had no active congress in the entire state. A congress that would showcase Texas Salsa talent, bring awareness of salsa to the community and raise money for scholarships. Together David Melendez and Ruby Rivera worked hard and in January 2004, the Texas Salsa Congress was born.
