Sheila Soto – Puerto Rico

Angel Millet and Sheila Soto, Puerto Rico National Champions and Finalist of a number of major competitions like the Puerto Rico Salsa Open, Goya Salsa Championship and World Salsa Summit. They also own one of the most famous and biggest dance companies of Puerto Rico the ALL*STAR DANCERS, they have been choreographers and dancers for artist such as Victor Manuel, Luisito Carrion y Sonora Ponceña. In addition, they are the owners and directors of one of the biggest events of the Puerto Rico, The West Coast Salsa Festival.

They are coming back to the Texas Salsa Congress as both performers and instructors! This dynamic duo has amazing energy and will leave you ready to stand up on your feet after their shows!
